Certified Data Centre Technician
With the mission critical nature of a data centre, it is paramount that those
personnel selected to undertake work in this environment possess skill levels of the
highest calibre. This course addresses the issues that could be encountered by the data
centre technician on a day to day basis; from dealing with move and change requests
(MACs) to resolving fault conditions, efficiently and in a time critical manner. This course
ensures that best practises are applied ensuring consistency and adherence to procedures
especially with reference to health and safety issues in today’s data centre.
